Apple Admits They Are Tracking Your Calls And Spying On Emails Reader 09/21/2018 (Fri) 13:12:40 Id: f81b69 [Preview] No. 12799 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

Apple just created added a new provision to the iTunes Store & Privacy policy that tells users that their devices will receive individual scores based on the number of phone calls they make and the emails they send:

"To help identify and prevent fraud, information about how you use your device, including the approximate number of phone calls or emails you send and receive, will be used to compute a device trust score when you attempt a purchase. The submissions are designed so Apple cannot learn the real values on your device. The scores are stored for a fixed time on our servers."

APPLE is now assigning trust ratings to iPhone users, based on your phone call and email habits.

The new ratings were added as part of the latest iOS 12 update, which rolled out to users on Monday, September 17.

Apple's new system was revealed after the company updated its iTunes policy page on the official website.

According to the iPhone maker, Apple builds a score based on the number calls and emails you send and receive – to help spot fraudulent transactions made using your device.

"To help identify and prevent fraud, information about how you use your device, including the approximate number of phone calls or emails you send and receive, will be used to compute a device trust score when you attempt a purchase," Apple explained.

I saw this news in like 2014. Still use iphone lol... i never use the phone though or if I do act like someone else. I mean every OS is keylogged and everyone has some smartphone in their pocket with high fidelity mics, cameras pointing everywhere so everyone's acting like they're in a movie. Even some ppl who move somewhere secluded they make a vlog about it and make their whole life public so they wouldn't feel left out. You can't go anywhere anymore where ppl don't carry around devices if the whole of humanity stops using them then we might have a chance for privacy once again.

>everyone has some smartphone in their pocket with high fidelity mics, cameras pointing everywhere

Count me a rare acception then, I never purchased a smartphone and never plan to either. I have a flip phone made for senior citizens (jitterbug) with dirt cheap service. All I can use it for is making calls, but thats all I need a phone for anyway.

Reader 09/22/2018 (Sat) 15:58:24 [Preview] No.12811 del
I have had a Smartphone, though I didn't use it for staying in contact with people, just for navigation, timer, clock, note-taking, some shitty games (Tetris).
I had Wifi almost always turned off, if Wifi was turned on I still had a firewall (AFWall+), and everything I installed was from F-Droid(.org).
Whenever I didn't need my Smartphone I took out the battery and placed it far away.
But seriously in modern society there isn't a household that doesn't have one or more smartphones present (unless you're like yourself or me and live alone).
I know for a fact that there's at least one App installed, or system that has the capability of making microphone recordings or take pictures and utilizing that to spy on its users and the surrounding people.
So I'm always careful not to say too much (I already did) whenever I'm around Smartphones, it's fucking annoying and no-one takes me seriously even though many companies that make Apps admit to spying on its users through microphones and cameras. I can understand why one would want to ignore such a thing, because it is almost a requirement for living in modern society, and there is no good solution for most people.

A plan for cleaning up board bloat Balrog Board owner 08/23/2018 (Thu) 21:58:07 [Preview] No. 9674 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
I've been considering changing the way endchan handles boards. I think it's obvious at this point that completely free board creation and completely soverign BOs doesn't really work; judging from 8chan you just get a massive graveyard of unused boards with none of the independence people were raving about back in 2014. Basically you get redchanit. On the other hand I think it's self-evident that letting users moderate themselves and have input on board creation is a good idea. I want to see what you guys think about it, but here's what I'm thinking of as a broad-strokes plan right now:

>1. Nuke all the zero-post boards so the site looks like less of a ghost town
>2. Start compiling a list of boards to keep
>3. Turn off board creation for normal accounts, set up a process for topic splitting (where there's enough traffic for a topic to justify its own board; think /tg/ splitting off of /b/ in the ancient days of 4chan) and refugees from other sites to get their own boards
>4. Add a "don't be a shit BO or you're getting ejected" clause to the global rules
>5. Delete the small and dead boards that didn't make the list from 2, giving plenty of warning so people can archive their favorite threads

I think that this way we'll get some of the promised benefits that the "redchanit" model was supposed to give imageboards (BOs that actually give a shit, a board list that reflects posting activity) and not the bullshit.

So, what do you guys think? picture unrelated

Seems like a troll thanks for confirming that. I remeber snakedude wanted the users to fund the site and we should keep doing that as sparse as it is but have you considered putting non intrusive ads like 4chan and 8chan to get some self sustainability? I don't see how it would be as much of a change as potentially considering locking board creation.

Doctors lobby for new euthanasia rules so organs can be ‘as fresh as possible’ Reader Board owner 09/20/2018 (Thu) 02:25:09 Id: e61018 [Preview] No. 12794 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
"Canada has now joined the Netherlands in lobbying the World Medical Association to change its longstanding position in opposition to assisted suicide."

"As I (author:Jonathon van Maren) described in my 2016 book The Culture War, physicians in the Netherlands have begun to both advocate and implement the practice of harvesting organs from euthanized patients. The medical journal Applied Cardiopulmonary Pathophysiology published a description of how this is carried out in 2011:"
"Donors were admitted to the hospital a few hours before the planned euthanasia procedure. A central venous line was placed in a room adjacent to the operating room. Donors were heparinized [a drug to maintain organ viability] immediately before a cocktail of drugs was given by the treating physician who agreed to perform the euthanasia. The patient was announced dead on cardiorespiratory criteria by 3 independent physicians as required by Belgian legislation for every organ donor…The deceased was then rapidly transferred, installed on the operating table, and intubated [in preparation for organ removal]"

"Ethicist Wesley J. Smith of the Center for Bioethics and Culture responded with horror at the time:"
"Ponder the enormity of what was done here. Four people—who were not otherwise dying—were killed and then swiftly wheeled into a surgery suite to have their organs removed. Three of the donors were struggling with neuromuscular disabilities—people who often face social isolation and discrimination—and one was mentally ill. In a particularly bitter irony, the latter patient was a chronic self-harmer, the “treatment” for which was a willing professional team ready to administer the ultimate harm."
"That’s just the beginning. Prominent voices among the medical elite have called for the overturning of the “dead donor rule”—the ethical backbone of organ transplant medicine requiring that a patient die naturally from injury or illness before vital organs can be procured. These advocates argue that consent should be the primary ethical concern and criteria for organ harvesting—not that a donor is dead. Thus if living patients or their surrogates give the okay, doctors should be allowed to euthanize by means of live harvesting."

"Two doctors from Ontario’s Western University along with a bioethicist from Harvard Medical School, Robert Truog, are already advocating that Canadian laws and medical protocols be changed so that organ donation can be paired with euthanasia in Canada, as well. Euthanasia, a report on their proposal notes, “offers significant advantages for transplant surgeons” – if the customary delay where the physicians wait for blood circulation to cease in order to ensure that any organ donation takes place after cardiac death takes place is done away with. In that short period of time, which may be only several minutes, the “quality of the organs declines,” and thus if “they were removed in a coordinated operation from a euthanasia patient, they would be as fresh as possible.”"

"Several very important changes would need to take place before these coordinated operations could begin to take place in Canadian hospitals. First, they noted, the “staff of intensive care wards are trained to keep people alive; in organ donation after euthanasia they would have to kill the patient. At the moment, too, a firewall exists between the staff handling withdrawal of life support and the staff handling organ donation so that patients are not killed for their organs. But with legalised euthanasia, there will be no need for the firewall.” Read those words again carefully, and let them sink in." continues to give a server error for certain links.

Reader Board owner 09/20/2018 (Thu) 02:35:21 Id: e61018 [Preview] No.12795 del

"Other significant changes would include doing away with the “dead donor” rule that has so long been essential to medical institutions. Canadian law also stipulates that a death by euthanasia is, by definition, a death “caused by the administration of a ‘substance,’” which would need to be changed so that death could instead be caused by “organ retrieval.” Of course, some medical professionals would presumably object, and so the authors of this proposal recognize that something will have to be done about “conscientious objectors”:
Hospitals and organ-procurement organizations must therefore have protocols that allow clinicians who object to opt out. Organizations also need to consider where to draw the boundaries of legitimate conscientious objection. Does the right to opt out extend to laboratory and pharmaceutical staff? What about the disposition of these organs — should clinicians be permitted to opt out of participating in the transplantation of donated organs, and should potential recipients be informed about the source of the organs in case they may want to decline transplantation?"

"In other words, some medical professionals might not be able to object to cooperating with these medicalized killings, regardless of how appalled they might be at the idea of killing somebody by pillaging their body for “fresh organs.” Considering Canada’s track record on conscientious objection in the medical field, it seems very unlikely that physicians with functioning consciences would not be in danger of being forced into some level of cooperation with this horrifying new step into sanitized barbarism."

"At this stage, euthanasia-by-organ-donation is only a proposal, and we can hope that Canada does not continue to follow in the footsteps of the Netherlands. These practices would make an awful situation even worse, with some sick patients perhaps being encouraged to consider organ donation for healthier people—and feeling obligated to do so—or using organ donation as a way of attempting to find meaning for their lives. The potential implications are endless. For the sake of vulnerable men and women everywhere, these practices must be emphatically rejected."

Won't be crossposted. This isn't politics related.

Google Engineers and Scientists Flee the Company As EVIL Takes Over Reader 09/21/2018 (Fri) 13:10:52 Id: 520c36 [Preview] No. 12797 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Alternatives To State-run Social Media:

Google has become so unethical that even some of its own employees want nothing to do with it anymore. In the latest example of the company driving away valued workers, senior research scientist Jack Poulson has quit his job in protest of the company’s plans to launch a censored version of the Google search engine in China.

Last month, news emerged that Google was secretly working on a Chinese search app code-named Dragonfly for devices running Android. It removes any content that the Chinese government doesn’t want its people to see, such as that pertaining to free speech, human rights, democracy, and political dissidents. It will also see queries that have been deemed “sensitive” blacklisted entirely, meaning that no results whatsoever will turn up if people type in certain terms or phrases.

As part of the company’s research and machine intelligence department, Poulson was tasked with improving their search systems’ accuracy. He raised his concerns with his managers but ultimately decided that he couldn’t work for them any more in good conscience. He resigned at the end of last month, and he told The Intercept that at least four others have done the same.

He said that the plan was a violation of Google’s principles stating they will not design technologies “whose purpose contravenes widely accepted principles of international law and human rights.”

Not only was the censorship itself concerning, but he also had reservations about the fact that customer data would be hosted on the Chinese mainland, where the country’s security agencies would have access to it. Given what we know about what the Chinese government does to journalists and political activists it wants to silence, he’s right to be concerned about it.

Poulson told his bosses in his resignation letter: “I view our intent to capitulate to censorship and surveillance demands in exchange for access to the Chinese market as a forfeiture of our values and governmental negotiating position across the globe. There is an all-too-real possibility that other nations will attempt to leverage our actions in China in order to demand our compliance with their security demands.”

Poulson is hardly alone in his concerns. When the news of Dragonfly made its way throughout Google, there was a lot of protest within the company, with more than 1,400 employees signing a letter demanding the appointment of an ombudsman to assess the censorship plan’s “urgent moral and ethical issues.” They say they have a right to know what they’re working on. In other words, if Google is going to be carrying out unethical acts, they want no part of it.

Eric Schmidt on "Don't Be Evil" Reader 09/21/2018 (Fri) 15:45:27 [Preview] No.12801 del
Eric Schmidt on "Don't Be Evil"
>Well, it was invented by Larry and Sergey. And the idea was that we don't quite know what evil is, but if we have a rule that says don't be evil, then employees can say, I think that's evil. Now, when I showed up, I thought this was the stupidest rule ever, because there's no book about evil except maybe, you know, the Bible or something.
>So what happens is, I'm sitting in this meeting, and we're having this debate about an advertising product. And one of the engineers pounds his fists on the table and says, that's evil. And then the whole conversation stops, everyone goes into conniptions, and eventually we stopped the project. So it did work.

I can see why Eric Schmidt thought it was the 'stupidest rule ever' since like he said, it isn't well defined. Though 'do the right thing' isn't a great motto either... since who determines what is right?

Pennsylvania Lawmaker Proposes Banning Political Talk In Schools, Could End Communist Cult Reader 09/21/2018 (Fri) 13:11:45 Id: fe9479 [Preview] No. 12798 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Schools are places of learning, reading, writing, and arithmetic. They are also a place for debate and open dialogue, but talking politics and government in Pennsylvania schools could be a thing of the past if one lawmaker gets his way.

Rep. Will Tallman, a Republican from Adams County, sent a memo to all 203 members of the House Friday pitching his proposal for what he’s dubbed the “Teacher Code of Ethics.”

That proposal contains a possible bill which would ban discussions in all kindergarten through 12-grade classrooms if approved.

“Our K-12 school teachers should not be using their classroom time spent on political or ideological indoctrination,” Tallman said in his memo. “Doing so takes time away from instruction in the academic foundation subjects of mathematics, science, English, history, and civics, and prevents our students from receiving a high-quality public education for careers in the global, high-tech economy.”

The potential bill has been met with strong opinions from people on both sides of the debate.

Some thought the proposal would prevent biased opinions from instructors with extreme ideas.

“The teachers shouldn’t be the ones to influence the students at any stage,” says one person in agreement with the proposed bill.

Drexel politics professor Bill Rosenberg says the idea is far-fetched and could be a disaster if ever implemented in Pennsylvania schools.

That's the thing, history is often obfuscated by politics of the others' and this is why people like (((Rosenberg))) fear such legislation ever passing. They could no longer preach their leftist/Marxist politics in schools, nor could they keep on blaming the Nazis for everything (they do that too you know). Kids should attend school to learn actual curriculum, not be brainwashed by political propagandists.

P2P web browsing via websites served and shared on individual nodes:
users can create their own websites and host them from their own computers/servers
users can upload and share other's websites on their own computers/servers
self serviced websites are manually named *but will generate a random entropy hash within the url, example:
node://7bv45ix0/ or node://c334o96y/
*the random entropy hash prevents individuals from creating and overriding other established websites
endless domain creation: .com, .org, .info, .onion, .rebel, .on, .geek ... et al (infinite)
browser can access HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, Zeronet, Beaker, eMule/eDonkee and various obscure networks.
browser is enabled for users to share files with others, creating decentralized P2P file sharing
the browser would have its own built-in decentralized search engine similar to YaCy that can pull up any content found
high standard end-to-end encryption would be active by default for all P2P connections
browser has a lightweight bit-torrent client built-in
onion routing is not mandated but the option would be allowed within the browser
I2P routing would also be an option for users
Dust and IPFS could be utilized in the browser for further anonymity and resilient decentralization.

You want an internet suite stuffed into one browser?
That's sorta something what Seamonkey and ChromeOS do and dozens of failed projects before them did.
Which is not really good. Having interoperability and data exchange between different gui applications is cool, but having your browser to do all the work is asking for a trouble with too much attack surface. I am also pretty sure, you can have all this shit like accessing zeronet, irc, tor and i2p, download torrents and email with set of web browser addons.
You should also understand that hosting stuff from home computer puts drawbacks on availability compared to a remote VPS in a professional datacenter, or a dedicated server in your basement with nig-rigged car battery UPS which not everyone is eager to invest in.
>the random entropy hash prevents
You just came up with some useless bullshit. Look at how onion, eepsite, gnunet and cjdns domains are resolved and generated. It should not only be a "random hash", but also act as a public encryption key or public key hash without reliability on someone's DNS servers.
The main problem of "le decentralized internet" is how easy it would be for external powerful actor to remove pieces of it, and remove them not only for one group of users, but for everyone. Let's say you live in small corrupt country and post on facebook. Your country's government wants to remove your posts from facebook, but until those break facebook's tos or facebook has big-money business in your country, they don't care. And what would your country do then, ddos facebook or block it? The latter is feasible, but blocks can be avoided, the data still exists on Facebook's servers and is available for those who put much effort in it.
Now say again, you live in Ancapistan Enterprizes Real Estate. A society of decentralized Internetz and such. You host your blog from home, a small single board server and a 1 gbit unlimited connection, pretty nice isn't it? One day you post something bad about McFacebook corporation on your blog. Automated web crawlers of YaCy search engine detect wrongthink and it triggers McFacebook CEO personally. What happens next? They simply DDOS your weak 1gigabit-wide channel to the point when your ISP, or datacenter where your VPS is hosted disconnects your server for consuming too much traffic and blackholes all requests coming for your address, your server is already inaccessible at this moment. It's done, McFacebook corporation completed it's mission and eliminated you quickly. What would you do next? You either go to your ISP or some decentralized CDN provider and ask them to implement a DDOS protection, i.e. you have to find someone who will host your shit for free on pure enthusiasm (ipfs and webtorrent) or for thousands of shekels (Cloudflare) or in exchange for datamining (Facebook). Now you get the same modern Internet and web, where you have to host your important information on a big datacenter with wide bandwidth, distribute content over wide network of CDNs and gateway proxies.

Project Veritas has released the next in a series of undercover reports which unmask the Deep State. This report features a Government Accountability Office (GAO) employee and self-proclaimed Communist actively engaged in potentially illegal political activity. Natarajan Subramanian is a government auditor for the GAO and a member of the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America (Metro DC DSA).

Metro DC DSA is a socialist group that works to advance progressive issues in the Metropolitan DC area. Subramanian’s political activism may directly violate federal statutes as well as the “Yellow Book” rules which apply specifically to government auditors.

Subramanian says that Federal employees in executive branch agencies can deliberately work less efficiently in order to slow down the implementation of the President’s agenda:

The great Endchan reconstruction has now officially begun.

We're now in the middle of our 3rd year. We're still one admin down, Balrog has also been extremely busy and while I've tried to be responsive, I've been less and less. So basically we've been 2 half admins of the 3 we're supposed to have. And after some discussion with Balrog, we think we've made an error; We never trusted any one with any power. We never took any chances growing our site. And I think for this site to continue, we're going to need to take some chances and recruit some fresh blood.

We want to build a team of passionate community members to improve the site.

We're looking for:

DOJ Claims They Will Investigate Misuse of Government Resources After Project Veritas Stings Reader 09/19/2018 (Wed) 19:48:17 Id: 1e3c05 [Preview] No. 12790 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
DEEP STATE EMPLOYEES EXPOSED: (James O’Keefe Is Back With More Bombshells) (State Department Employee Exposed In Project Veritas Deep State Sting) (DOJ Employee Exposed In Project Veritas Deep State Sting)

The U.S. Department of Justice said on Wednesday it would look into alleged “misuse of government resources to advance personal interests” in response to a video from James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas purporting to expose “deep state” federal employees.

DEVELOPING: Statement from DOJ on today's vid: "These allegations are deeply concerning. Department policy prohibits misuse of government resources to advance personal interests. We are looking into this immediately and have referred this matter to the Inspector General as well."

— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) September 19, 2018

In the video, a Department of Justice paralegal, Allison Hrabar, is caught on camera saying there is “a lot of talk about how we can, like, resist from inside.”

Hrabar is reportedly a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). She talks about how she has a friend, who is also a member of DSA, working in the Department of Agriculture and “slowing down” the process by which people get cut off from food stamps.

“We have a member who works for the people who distribute food stamps, and they can, like, take that away, and they’re slowing what they do… What they’re doing means that people are going to be able to stay on food stamps for another month or two, which is, like, really important,” Hrabar said.

Project Veritas has released the second installment in an undercover video series unmasking the deep state. This video features a Department of Justice paralegal Allison Hrabar reportedly using government owned software and computers to push a socialist agenda. Also featured is Jessica Schubel, the former Chief of Staff for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the last Obama administration.

Both Schubel and Hraber make admissions revealing that federal employees are using their positions in the government to resist or slow the Trump administration’s policies, some likely breaking laws in the process.

Project Veritas has released the second installment in an undercover video series unmasking the deep state. Absolutely anon, I agree with you. I think its important to expose the kikery going on from both sides though. There are kikes who hate Trump because they see him as a threat to their communist subversion... on the other hand some kikes love him for being a stooge for ZOG. So its very complicated.

I have this controversial theory and I'd like to get you take on this because you are well informed. I'm not saying my theory is accurate, its just my assumption based on a lot of events....

My theory is that there are TWO types of Zionist Jews. One type being internationalist/globalist and the other types being more nationalistic. Both seem very well connected and subversive, and influential... but there seems to me there is a divide between the kikes, a big dispute. Some supporting the globalist agenda such as Rockefeller and Soros... and others such as Bannon and Kushner who seem to support nationalistic policies and keeping influence over the nation states.

What is your take on this? Do you agree or is there something else going on behind the scenes that I do not realize?

There is no such thing as a jew who desires national interests for anywhere other than Israel. They want control of every movement. Those that claim to have their host nation's best interests at heart actually only hold Israel's interests. The entire point of their position in any Nationalist group is only to hold power due to their fears of what would happen if they did not control the movement.

>My theory is that there are TWO types of Zionist Jews. One type being internationalist/globalist and the other types being more nationalistic.
The entire world is their ultimate goal, that's from their religious texts. So normal Jews who are not so familiar with these religious texts, or don't take them seriously are more Nationalistic, while the more religious Jews are more International.
Religiously, they want the entire world.

Linux Programmers Cave To SJW Nutcases, Decide To Wreck New Operating Systems By Imposing Meme Censorship

For those unaware, the contributor covenant was written by disgusting tub of lard tranny "developer" Coraline Ada Ehmke. Github hired her for writing this disgusting code of conduct, but even they couldn't stand her shit and fired her. Many projects infested with SJWs have adopted this covenant, as it stifles the speech of anyone who isn't a gender-unknown blue haired mystery meat gay frog. No project as important or as large as this has adopted it though. Linus has been notorious for being an asshole and not putting up with any of this nonsense. He's probably compromised in some way.

He is now taking a break from linux and getting therapy. This is not a joke.

What kind of world did we end up in where the mega smart explorers of the digital frontier ended up becoming blue haired bugman and trannies who cared more about what gender they pretended to be vs. the actual digital proliferation of mankind? Fuck these people in their blue waffled fake vaginas.

Linux maintainers always were pozzed, most of their contributors are hardcore SJW. only Linus stood his ground and told them to kill themselves, until he finally got compromised recently.

Operation KILLCEN has a backup collection of older linux Operating Systems, so grab them up while you still can:

Putin to Powers Attacking Syria: Please Keep Getting My Soldiers Killed, I Won't Do Anything About It Reader Board owner 09/19/2018 (Wed) 06:26:08 Id: a2ed97 [Preview] No. 12773 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
"Putin declines to even just chastise Israel for the loss of the Russian Il-20 and 15 crew in the midst of IDFs wholly illegal and unprovoked attack on sovereign Syria. Unlike the military the Russian president blames it all on "a chain of tragic accidents""

"Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered condolences over the death of the crew of the aircraft Il-20 downed in Syria.

"When people die, especially in such tragic circumstances, it is always a tragedy, a tragedy for us all, for the whole country and for the families of our dead friends. In this connection, I certainly offer my condolences to the relatives of those who got killed in the crash,' Putin said at a press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban."

""Russia's retaliatory measures with regard to the Il-20 downing will be directed primarily at stepping up security of Russian military officers in Syria, our military facilities in the Syrian Arab Republic," he said. "These will be the steps everyone will notice" he stressed.

"When it comes to comparing the Il-20 crash with other incidents, namely an attack on a Russian plane, when a Russian plane was downed by a Turkish military jet, this is still a different situation," Putin noted, adding that the latest incident looks like "a chain of tragic accidental circumstances."

"The Il-20 aircraft has been downed by Syrian military forces after Israel jets put it under attack off the Syrian coast, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov stated. According to the spokesman, the Israeli jets deliberately created a dangerous situation in Latakia. He stressed that Israel's aviation control systems could not but notice the Russian aircraft as it was landing." - Sputnik reports

Mass Voter Fraud Caught In Sweden, Social Democrat Party Used Taxpayer Money To Bribe Migrants To Vote Reader 09/19/2018 (Wed) 10:46:27 Id: 6aa5ec [Preview] No. 12776 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
A strong showing by the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats in the Swedish elections on September 9 drained away so many votes from the establishment parties that the two main parliamentary blocs were left virtually tied and far short of a governing majority.

The Sweden Democrats won 17.5% of the vote and emerged as the third-largest party in the country, according to the official election results released on September 16. The result, a 4.6% improvement on the 12.9% it won in 2014, placed the Sweden Democrats into a situation of holding the balance of power in the next parliament.

Incumbent Prime Minister Stefan Löfven's center-left Social Democrats came in first, with 28.3% of the vote — the party's worst result in more than 100 years. The center-right Moderate party came in second, with 19.8% of the vote, a 3.5% drop from 2014.

With eight political parties in the Swedish Parliament, the establishment parties traditionally have organized themselves into two rival parliamentary blocs: On the left, the Social Democrats and their allies garnered 40.7% of the vote. On the right, the Moderates and their allies won 40.3% of the vote.

Although the Sweden Democrats are now in a position to play kingmaker in Parliament, the mainstream blocs have vowed not to cooperate with them because of their "nationalist" positions on immigration and the European Union.

A YouGov poll published on September 5 — just four days before the election — showed that support for the Sweden Democrats was at 24.8%, compared to 23.8% for the Social Democrats and 16.5% for the Moderates. In other words, the poll suggested that the Sweden Democrats had become the largest party in Sweden.

Observers have proffered several theories to explain the disconnect between the polls and the final election results. Some commentators have pointed to efforts by the mainstream parties to portray the Sweden Democrats as "far right," "racist," and "neo-Nazi" due to the party's supposedly "nationalist" and "populist" stance on immigration. The stigma of voting for the Sweden Democrats may have given some voters pause.

During a televised debate in October 2016, for example, Prime Minister Löfven called the Sweden Democrats "a Nazi party, a racist party." He also claimed that "swastikas are still in use at their meetings."

Löfven later relented and said that his words had been taken out of context. Since then, however, Löfven has repeatedly accused the Sweden Democrats of having links to Nazism, even though Åkesson, who became party leader in 2005, has applied a zero-tolerance policy toward racism and has expelled members suspected of extremism.

Reader 09/19/2018 (Wed) 10:47:12 Id: 6aa5ec [Preview] No.12777 del
Meanwhile, the Social Democrats invested eight million Swedish krona ($850,000; €770,000) of taxpayer money to encourage voter participation among migrants. That strategy appears to have paid off: in Stockholm's Rinkeby district, where nine out of ten residents are immigrants, the Social Democrats received 77% of the vote while the Sweden Democrats won only 3%.

A similar pattern took place in Sweden's five dozen other no-go zones (Swedish police euphemistically refer to them as "vulnerable areas"), although a detailed analysis of the election results by the Swedish-Czech author Katerina Janouch and her colleague Peter Lindmark show that the Sweden Democrats are making gains among migrants, especially among women who are concerned about rampant crime and the imposition of Islamic sharia law.

Many believe that election fraud may have benefited the mainstream parties at the expense of the Sweden Democrats. It remains unclear how widespread voter irregularities were, and what if any impact they may have had on the final election results. The Swedish police, however, received more than 2,300 reports of potential crimes linked to this year's election. The complaints include voter intimidation, including threats of violence against property or persons.

Separately, the Swedish Election Authority (Valmyndigheten), the central authority responsible for conducting elections, received more than 400 complaints of alleged voter fraud, and prosecutors are now investigating possible crimes in connection with the election, according to the newspaper Aftonbladet.

An international team of 25 election observers, "Democracy Volunteers," deployed throughout polling stations in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Uppsala and Västerås — in total, the team observed over 250 polling stations across these locations — found irregularities in 46% of the stations visited.

The team expressed particular concern over the lack of secrecy in voting. In Sweden, each party has separate ballot papers with the party name prominently displayed, and voters pick the party-specific ballot of their choice from a stand inside the polling station.

The picking of ballot papers takes place in public, so anyone present can observe which party's ballot paper the voter will choose. As a result, some voters may have felt intimidated and reluctant to publicly reveal that they wanted to vote for the Sweden Democrats.

Reader 09/19/2018 (Wed) 10:47:55 Id: 6aa5ec [Preview] No.12778 del
Other election irregularities include:

In Botkyrka, the Moderates party was offered 3,000 votes by local Muslim leaders in exchange for a construction permit to build a mosque. The party waited until two days before the election to reject the offer. Public prosecutors are now probing whether the offer was a criminal offense.

In Degerfors, a Social Democrat politician allegedly offered to pay voters 500 Swedish krona ($55; €50) in exchange for their votes. In the same town, a Social Democrat politician allegedly followed voters into a polling station, and then accompanied them to the ballot box. The politician, who has not been named, is being investigated for improperly influencing voters.

In Eda, a Social Democrat politician allegedly helped voters fill in their ballots.

In Falu, hundreds of ballots were invalidated because they were delivered late by the postal service.

In Filipstad, the Moderates party filed a complaint with election authorities after men were observed entering the polling station with women, picking the ballot papers for them and then following them to the ballot box to ensure that they voted for the Social Democrats. The Election Committee Chairperson in Filipstad, Helene Larsson Saikoff, herself a Social Democrat, said that she did not see any problem with the practice of family voting: "It is up to the voter if she wants to be accompanied by her husband or some good friend."

In Gothenburg, the second-largest city in Sweden, some polling stations excluded ballot papers for the Sweden Democrats.

In Heby, a recount of votes resulted in significant differences between the results on election night. When asked how this could be, the chairman of the electoral committee in Heby, Rickert Olsson blamed the "human factor" which was due to "fatigue."

Get Ready For 'Fort Trump' Military Base To Open In Poland Reader 09/19/2018 (Wed) 09:52:18 Id: c7e8d9 [Preview] No. 12775 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Speaking at a press conference after an official visit with President Trump on Tuesday, Polish President Andrzej Duda dropped a surprising proposal for the U.S. military to establish a permanent presence in Poland by opening a large base, and went so far as to suggest it would be called "Fort Trump".

The remarks, which were clearly designed to play on the president's ego, came amidst joint statements wherein both leaders agreed that Moscow has "acted aggressively" in the region. Trump said that he shared concerns about Russian encroachment into former Soviet satellite countries.

Poland, a NATO member state, has long sought to invite closer military relations with the United States, something which Moscow has seen as a serious provocation.

President Duda offered to put more than $2 billion into a proposed permanent American base, to which Trump responded with appreciation.

[email protected]'s facial expression when hearing Poland might name a military base "Fort Trump" is priceless.

— The Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) September 18, 2018

"I invite you to post more American military troops in Poland," Duda said, describing US presence in Poland as a "guarantor of security."

"We're looking at it very seriously, I know Poland likes the idea very much, and it's something that we are considering, yes," Trump told reporters, according to CNN.

President Trump appeared to nod and grin at the moment Duda dropped the "Fort Trump" idea.

James O'Keefe and his undercover investigators have once again exposed extreme left-wing activists pursuing a progressive agenda within a position of power - this time infiltrating the State Department.

Today, Project Veritas released the first installment in an undercover videoinvestigation series unmasking the deep state. This video features a State Department employee, Stuart Karaffa, engaged in radical socialist political activity on the taxpayer’s dime, while advocating for resistance to official government policies. In addition to being a State Department employee Stuart Karaffa is also a ranking member of the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America (Metro DC DSA.)

Metro DC DSA is a socialist group that works to advance progressive causes in the metropolitan DC area.

Mr. Karaffa’s loyalties seem to be with DSA, not with his employer.

Google’s Street View cars — the global cruisers that collect data for the making of more accurate maps — now have a new mission, and it’s one that’s sure to make the control freaks cheer. The tech company’s bolstering its fleet with updated pollution-recording devices from the San Francisco company, Aclima, to patrol streets in Europe and in the United States, and monitor fluctuating levels of air quality.

And all those findings will no doubt soon find their ways into the welcoming regulatory arms of environmentally conscious (read: leftist-leaning) politicians.

Drivers, prepare for the environmental regulations.

Businesses, make way for the costly controls.

Builders, get prepped to pay big for those permits.

SYRIA: Russian Plan Shot Down By Israel Killing 15 Troops, Russia Threatens 'Adequate Response' Reader 09/18/2018 (Tue) 10:35:47 Id: 17fa69 [Preview] No. 12763 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
In a breaking report CNN has cited Pentagon officials who say the missing Russian aircraft with 14 service members on board, now subject of a Russian search-and-rescue operation, was accidentally shot down by Syrian missile defense.

Pentagon sources say further that Israel was responsible for the nighttime attack, which reportedly involved strikes by air and possibly by sea from the Mediterranean. Israel has yet to issue comment.

But Russia says its radar picked up a French warship firing in the area just before the Russian patrol aircraft went down.

The CNN report continues:

The US found out about the incident because Syrian forces broadcast an emergency search and rescue radio call on an international frequency. The US then got a direct message from another country about the type of aircraft and circumstances of the incident. The official would not identify that country, but it is likely that Russia is the only nation that would know exactly what type of aircraft was shot down.

The Pentagon formally denied any US role in the attack soon after it was first reported.

This is sure to evoke a new round of dangerous and fierce US-Russia controversy over Syria as already there are accusations and counter-accusations amidst the breaking reports.

So a Russian Military Plane with 14 personnel on-board goes missing the same time Israel was launching strikes in Syria, and Syrian air defenses were firing en-mass in response, and a French Frigate reportedly launched a missile at the same time near the Syrian coast. #Problem

Good! Trump Orders Immediate Release Of All Text Messages, FISA Applications From Witch Hunt Reader 09/18/2018 (Tue) 10:34:51 Id: 7eadf9 [Preview] No. 12762 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
President Trump has ordered the Department of Justice to release all text messages related to the Russia investigation with no redactions, of former FBI Director James Comey, his deputy Andrew McCabe, now-fired special agent Peter Strzok, former FBI attorney Lisa Page and twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr.

Also released will be specific pages from the FBI's FISA surveillance warrant application on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, as well as interviews with Ohr.

WH: Trump has “directed the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to publicly release all text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.”

— Jim Acosta (@Acosta) September 17, 2018

The statement reads in full:

"At the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency, the President has directed the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to provide for the immediate declassification of the following materials: (1) pages 10-12 and 17-34 of the June 2017 application to the FISA court in the matter of Carter W. Page; (2) all FBI reports of interviews with Bruce G. Ohr prepared in connection with the Russia investigation; and (3) all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all Carter Page FISA applications.

In addition, President Donald J. Trump has directed the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to publicly release all text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr"

As we reported last Monday, Trump had been expected to release the documents any time - with specific attention to the Page documents and the "investigative activities of Justice Department lawyer Bruce Ohr" - who was demoted twice for lying about his extensive relationship with Christopher Steele - the former MI6 spy who assembled the sham "Steele Dossier" used by the FBI in a FISA surveillance application to spy on Page.

Republicans on the House Intelligence and Judiciary committees believe the declassification will permanently taint the Trump-Russia investigation by showing the investigation was illegitimate to begin with. Trump has been hammering the same theme for months.

"Bavaria’s powerbrokers are out on the stump ahead of an October 14 election that promises to shake up the state’s political landscape. The ruling Christian Social Union, which has dominated the state’s politics for decades, is in full crisis mode as voters flee the center right for the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD)."

"With less than a month until election day, the CSU, which won an absolute majority in 2013, received just 35 percent in the most recent benchmark Bayerntrend poll, a record low. While such a result would still make the CSU by far the biggest party in the state, by party standards it would be a catastrophe."

"The election will resonate far beyond tradition-bound Bavaria, one of Germany’s wealthiest regions and home to corporate titans including BMW and Siemens. The CSU is the smallest of the three parties that form Germany’s grand coalition, alongside Angela Merkel’s Christian Democrats, the CSU’s sister organization, and the Social Democrats. A collapse in support for the CSU could trigger a reshuffling of the party’s leadership and its Cabinet team in Berlin, which includes CSU leader Horst Seehofer, who holds the powerful post of interior minister."

The frustration can be summed up in a single word: migration.

"Nearly half of Bavarians (44 percent) cited refugees as the main challenge facing their state in last week’s Bayerntrend poll. Though that number has declined since July, it’s still by far voters’ main concern. While the roughly 1.4 million migrants who arrived in Germany since the beginning of 2015 have been resettled across the country, most of them crossed Bavaria’s southern border with Austria. A widely-held perception that Bavaria is on the front lines of what many locals still consider a crisis has fueled the public’s insecurity, even as the number of new arrivals has fallen dramatically."

"Seehofer, who stepped down as Bavarian premier earlier this year but retained his position as CSU leader, has tried to address voter concerns by taking a hard line on migration in Berlin in his role as interior minister. Specifically, he has advocated turning back most migrants who arrived at the Bavarian border. The strategy led to a nasty dispute with Merkel in June that nearly brought down the governing coalition. After a long standoff, Seehofer backed away from his demands and accepted a symbolic compromise. Far from restoring Bavarians’ trust in the CSU, Seehofer further undermined it by appearing to buckle under pressure from Merkel."

"The episode proved to be a gift to the AfD, which has tried to associate the CSU with what it considers Merkel’s failed refugee policies. The far-right party, which didn’t even run in the last Bavarian election in 2013, has polled between 11 percent and 15 percent in recent weeks. The AfD isn’t the CSU’s only problem. Polls suggest that a small party called the Free Voters (Freie Wähler) is also attracting former CSU supporters with a conservative message. Another worry is the Green party. By adopting harsher rhetoric on migration, the CSU appears be losing centrist voters to the Greens, which recent polls suggest will finish second in next month’s election, well ahead of the Social Democrats, the traditional runner-up in the state. According to Bayerntrend, the Greens are poised to take 17 percent of the vote, compared to the SPD’s 11 percent."

"The biggest obstacle the CSU faces in the weeks ahead isn’t the tight calendar, but continued turmoil in Berlin. In recent days Seehofer has once again found himself at odds with Merkel, this time over whether the head of Germany’s domestic intelligence service should be fired. The intelligence chief, Hans-Georg Maaßen, has come under attack for questioning the authenticity of a video showing a foreigner being chased by neo-Nazis (That means it's a hoax) in Chemnitz last month."

"The episode came amid protests sparked by the killing of a German man in the city, allegedly at the hands of at least two refugees. The man’s killing is one of several similar crimes in which refugees have been named as suspects in recent months, including the rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl in Wiesbaden in June. The cases have unnerved the public, fueling concerns over violence committed by refugees." And then the rest of the article is the usual pozzed bullshit from Politico.

Dozens of high-ranking members of the Dutch Catholic Church knew that children were being sexually abused by priests, but actively covered it up.

They have been accused of taking part in or covering up abuse that took place between 1945 and 2010.

The new revelation is just the latest of several that have uncovered decades of sexual abuse by Catholic pedophile priests around the world.

Al Jazeera reports:

More than half of Dutch bishops, cardinals and auxiliary bishops knew about the abuse allegations, an investigation by Dutch newspaper NRC showed.

Cuckservative RINOs Join Fight To Delay Kavanaugh Confirmation Vote Over Alleged Sex In Highschool Reader 09/17/2018 (Mon) 12:45:24 Id: d445a2 [Preview] No. 12743 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

Over the past few days, what appeared at first to be a merely token resistance to the nomination of Trump SCOTUS pick Brett Kavanaugh has morphed into something entirely more menacing. And for the first time since Kavanaugh's name was first floated in June, his nomination may be in jeopardy.

After allegations of decades-old sexual improprieties first surfaced last week, it looked as if Kavanaugh would easily surmount this obstacle. But we have to give the Democrats credit: They have lined up their dominoes perfectly. And on Sunday, they set their plan in motion when the Washington Post published an in-depth interview with Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford. The story detailed a blow-by-blow accounting of Ford's allegations, as well as her explanation for why she neglected to share her experience until decades later. Tellingly, the story also noted that Democrats have been sitting on the story since July, and that Ford only decided to out herself after some unscrupulous members of the Judiciary Committee shared her identity with the press - or at least that's what California Sen. Dianne Feinstein's office alleges.

While the allegations are relatively tame by #MeToo era standards (the incident allegedly unfolded when Kavanaugh was 17), it has apparently been enough for Democrats and a handful of turncoat moderate Republicans to successfully shut down a planned Thursday vote of the Judiciary Committee. Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake effectively shut down the vote last night when he revealed that he wanted to hear more from Ford before voting. Without Flake, the Republicans' 11-10 majority on the Judiciary Committee shifts to a 10-11 vote in favor of the Democrats. While Committee Chairman Charles Grassley has said he'd like the vote to proceed as scheduled, media reports say he is quietly working to organize a private call involving Ford and curious Senators in an effort to help mitigate their concerns.

But looking further ahead, Republican leaders might have more difficulty as Tennessee Republican Bob Corker - who is not a member of the Judiciary Committee but could still hold up the final confirmation vote - said Sunday that he'd also like to see Thursday's committee vote delayed.

Here's more from Bloomberg:

"I’ve made it clear that I’m not comfortable moving ahead with the vote on Thursday if we have not heard her side of the story or explored this further," said Flake, who has the power to stall consideration if all Democrats on the panel join him since Republicans only hold an 11-10 majority on the committee. Flake’s office didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Corker of Tennessee, who isn’t a member of the panel but whose vote is critical to confirmation, also doesn’t want the committee to vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation until Ford’s allegations can be heard, said his spokeswoman, Micah Johnson. The senator wants the allegations to be heard promptly, she said.

However, at least one of the Senate's reputed moderates has stood up to the Democrats in an interview with the New York Times, castigating them for withholding this information until so late in the process (remember: Feinstein justified this decision by saying she had referred Ford's allegations to the FBI, who reportedly added them to his background check file).

"What is puzzling to me is the Democrats, by not bringing this out earlier, after having had this information for more than six weeks, have managed to cast a cloud of doubt on both the professor and the judge," Collins told The New York Times.

Collins asked if Democrats believed Ford, "why didn't they surface this information earlier," and if they didn't believe Ford, "why did they decide at the 11th hour to release it?"

"It is really not fair to either of them the way it is was handled," Collins said.

Collins comments come after Ford spoke publicly about the alleged incident for the first time during an interview with The Washington Post that was published on Sunday.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford is an anti-Trump leftist who participated in the Women’s March and donated to the DNC, revelations that make the attempt to delay Kavanaugh’s nomination look increasingly like a desperate political ploy.

Ford, now a professor at Palo Alto University in California, accused Kavanaugh of holding her down on a bed and groping her at a house party in Maryland in the early 80’s when Kavanaugh was 17 and Ford was 15.

Ford asserts that the attack was so severe, she thought Kavanaugh was going to “inadvertently” kill her, claiming, “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

The professor says that the assault only came to a stop when a third person, Mark Judge, intervened and jumped on top of them.

However, Judge has completely denied that the incident ever took place. Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California was also first made aware of the allegations back in July but concealed all information relating to them for weeks.

It has since emerged that Ford has a history of left-wing political activism;

– She signed a letter attacking Trump’s “zero tolerance” policy at the U.S.-Mexico border, asserting that it was “violating fundamental human rights”.

– Ford attended a women’s march event and even wore a version of the infamous “pussy hat” made to look like a brain.

– Records show that Ford donated to the Democratic National Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Friends Of Bernie Sanders.

The EU Has Officialy Declared War Against The Open Internet Reader 09/17/2018 (Mon) 16:05:55 Id: 399241 [Preview] No. 12750 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

The European Parliament passed sweeping copyright legislation Wednesday that, much like its privacy regulations, could have impact far beyond Europe.

Critics argue that the most controversial part of the proposal will effectively force all but the smallest website operators to adopt "upload filters" similar to those used by YouTube, and apply them to all types of content, to stop users from uploading copyrighted works. That could pose problems, given how expensive such filters could be to develop, and the high likelihood of false positives.

The legislation will also require site owners to pay for displaying snippets of content. Critics have called this a "link tax," though links and search engine listings are exempted from the requirement.

The proposal “is likely to limit the sharing of online information,” Gus Rossi, global policy director at Public Knowledge, said in a statement. “Web services large and small might decide to implement the directive globally, which would diminish American users’ capacity to share memes, political satire, or news articles online.”

Proponents of the proposal say it's necessary to protect artists whose work is pirated online, as well as newspapers and journalists at risk of having their business models undermined by social media giants. "It’s a great day for the independent press and for democracy," a coalition for European publishers said in a statement.

The version of the legislation approved Wednesday in a 438 to 226 vote hasn't been released to the public yet, and the exact nature of the rules isn't established. The European Parliament still needs to negotiate a final version of the proposal with its co-legislator, the European Council. Then each EU member state will need to pass its own laws implementing the legislation.

Parliament rejected a previous version of the proposal in July. But EU Parliament member Julia Reda, a member of the Pirate Party Germany and a vocal opponent of the legislation, says the version approved Wednesday made "nothing but cosmetic changes" to the most controversial parts of the proposal. Reda called for the parliament and the council to modify the final version of the legislation to ensure that automated filters aren’t necessary.

Earlier this year, more than 70 internet pioneers, including web inventor Tim Berners-Lee and Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales signed an open letter opposing the proposal. The letter argues that automated filters are not reliable and that the internet could not have developed as it has if Article 13 had been in effect 25 years ago.

In a statement Wednesday, a Google spokesperson said, “People want access to quality news and creative content online. We’ve always said that more innovation and collaboration are the best way to achieve a sustainable future for the European news and creative sectors, and we’re committed to continued close partnership with these industries.” Facebook did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Even the best filtering systems are not perfect. YouTube has removed videos erroneously; in other cases, companies or individuals have used copyright takedown notices to silence critics.

A couple are facing child abuse charges in the U.S. for refusing costly medical tests on their daughter

Authorities booked the Indian origin couple for child neglect and abuse after they dared to questioned why their six month old daughter had to undergo expensive tests.

They were granted bail on Thursday after being arrested and jailed but their child and her twin brother will remain under the custody of Child Protective Services.

NDTV reports:

They were arrested last Friday, weeks after they took her to a hospital at Broward County in Florida with a swollen left arm. However, Child Protective Services will continue to have custody of their six-month-old babies, with no parental access.

The couple, Prakash Settu and Mala Paneerselvam, was earlier sent to a prison in Fort Lauderdale with the bail amount set at $200,000. A person familiar with the matter told NDTV on Thursday that “the bail amount was ultimately reduced to $30,000, and the couple released just a few hours ago”.

Remember this happens to many regular American parents as well, which is very very sad reading about how many innocent families have been broken apart FOR NO LEGITIMATE REASON.

A few tips to learn: NEVER trust the major medical institutions, solidly corrupt top down! Hospitals are THE WORST!

NEVER EVER voluntarily talk to CPS or let them in your home. If they want in, make them get a warrant and DO NOT speak to them - they will use every word you say AGAINST you! Do not talk, do not answer the door. Make them walk away with NOTHING and be forced to obtain a warrant.

Always go holistic first, holistic doctors can usually be trusted. You can find a regular doctor (typically drug pushers cannot be trusted) so be careful who you deal with.

Hungary Defiant In The Face Of EU Tyranny, Could Be The Next To Exit EU Reader 09/15/2018 (Sat) 19:22:51 Id: a827f5 [Preview] No. 12727 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
The European Parliament has voted to pursue unprecedented disciplinary action against Hungary over alleged breaches of the European Union's "fundamental values." The EU has accused the Hungarian government of attacks against the media, minorities and the rule of law.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has denied the charges, and said they are a retaliation for his government's refusal to take in migrants from the Muslim world.

The censure represents another salvo in a showdown between pro-EU and anti-EU forces over populism and nationalism ahead of European Parliament elections in May 2019.

During a session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on September 12, MEPs voted 448-to-197 — by a margin of more than two-thirds — to trigger Article 7 against Hungary. It was the first time that such parliamentary action has been taken against an EU member state; the move can ultimately lead to Hungary losing its voting rights in EU institutions.

"We need a new European Commission that is committed to the defense of Europe's borders." — Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

"Hungary's decisions are made by the voters in parliamentary elections. What you are claiming is no less than saying that the Hungarian people are not sufficiently capable of being trusted to judge what is in their own interests. You think that you know the needs of the Hungarian people better than the Hungarian people themselves.... This report applies double standards, it is an abuse of power, it oversteps the limits on spheres of competence, and the method of its adoption is a treaty violation." — Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

Article 7, sometimes dubbed the "Nuclear Option," threatens sanctions against EU member states deemed to be in violation of the EU's fundamental values, which are defined as "liberty, democracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and the rule of law."

Orbán is accused of undermining the independence of Hungary's judiciary and media; waging a legal battle against the Central European University (CEU), founded by the Hungarian-born war criminal George Soros; mistreating unwanted migrant criminals and terrorists and introducing a law that makes it a criminal offense for lawyers and subversives to help them.

"We need a new European Commission that is committed to the defense of Europe's borders," Orbán said. "We need a Commission after the European elections that does not punish those countries — like Hungary — that protect their borders."

The EU is targeting Hungary because they refuse to allow migrants to flood into and destabilize their nation. Not sure what Orban's other political views are, maybe no good at all, but for Hungary citizens Viktor Orban is considered a hero for standing up against this deliberate destabilization and kicking out Soros. I'll agree he has shady ties to Zionists, typically they all do whether their leftist, conservative, nationalist or globalist, typically all leaders meet in Israel at some point. The only alternative to Orban would be another Macron or Merkel disaster and Hungary can't afford that.

China May Skip Trade Talks, Cripple US Supply Chains After New Trump Tariffs Reader 09/16/2018 (Sun) 21:47:09 Id: b565a5 [Preview] No. 12739 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

When discussing yesterday's WSJ report that the Trump admin may slap the new, $200BN round of tariffs on Chinese imports as soon as tomorrow, we said that such an escalation would likely derail talks with top Chinese officials, currently scheduled in Washington for Sept. 27 and Sept. 28. Now, in a follow up report, the WSJ has confirmed that in light of the Trump's imminent announcement, China is considering declining Trump’s offer of trade talks later this month as Trump's "pressure tactics" aren’t "sitting well" with Beijing, which has repeatedly said it wouldn’t negotiate under threat.

"There is a lot of uncertainty right now,” a Chinese official told the WSJ. "If more tariffs come out, the Chinese side could very well choose not to go." That said, a final decision has not yet been made on the trips, and will depend on what Trump does in the coming days.

Underscoring China's growing anger toward Trump's negotiating tactics, Yang Weimin, a former senior economic adviser to President Xi Jinping, said on Sunday that "China never said it doesn’t want to negotiate with the U.S.... But the U.S. side has to show sincerity” toward resolving the trade dispute. Added a current senior official who advises the leadership on foreign-policy matters: "China is not going to negotiate with a gun pointed to its head."

While China's lack of desire to negotiate would hardly come as a surprise - after all there will be little to discuss if Trump does pull the trigger on even more tariffs - what may come as a shock to US businesses is how China plans to retaliate to the $200BN in new tariffs.

Yesterday, we noted that Beijing could prompt respond "qualitatively" by selectively targeting US companies which have a major presence in China, such as US auto makers or Apple. It now appears that China's escalation will be even more targeted, and that some Chinese officials involved in advising the leadership are proposing to step up the trade fight a notch by restricting China’s sales of materials, equipment and other parts key to U.S. manufacturers’ supply chain.

Furthermore, as discussed yesterday, these restrictions - which risk crippling production until replacement supplies are sourced, a process that would take an lengthy period of time in today's "just in time" procurement world, could even apply to Apple’s iPhones, which are assembled in mainland China, the WSJ cited officials as saying without elaborating.

China can adopt “export restraints” as a way to hit back at the U.S. in addition to retaliatory tariffs, former Finance Minister Lou Jiwei told a gathering of Chinese and American academics and business executives Sunday.

Which is not to say that China has given up hope. As we reported on Friday, China’s leaders continue to court U.S. businesses to get them to lobby against the Trump tariffs. On Sunday, representatives from American multinationals, along with academics and others from both China and the U.S., attended a special session of the China Development Forum at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, a complex of buildings on manicured grounds. The meeting, usually held in the spring, was convened to mark the 40th anniversary of the Communist government’s adoption of pro-market policies (which alas have yet to bear any real fruit).

At the same time, a group of Wall Street bankers were invited to a financial forum in a different guesthouse building and are scheduled to meet with Vice Premier Wang Qishan on Monday.

The reason why Beijing is bypassing Washington and bringing the fight straight to US corporations is that Chinese officials have expressed growing frustration in dealing with the Trump administration, which has demanded not only better terms for trade but an end to industrial subsidies and other policies Beijing sees as vital to securing China’s economic future.

Lou, the former finance minister who is now head of China’s national pension fund and a senior government adviser, observed - correctly - that current U.S. policy toward China is aimed at “containing China’s economic rise."

“That is not going to change in the near term,” said Mr. Lou, known as a hawkish voice in China’s policy-making circle. “But that’s not going to work, either.”

One thing is clear: while China will not launch the next round of tariffs first - instead perhaps hoping that an implementation delay after the tariffs are announced in the coming days could give Beijing a chance to come up with an offer acceptable to Trump - Chinese officials are loath to appear to be making concessions to the U.S. Many even believe the only way to get the U.S. back to the talks is through tit-for-tat tactics.

But China's biggest concern is that the good cop/bad cop tactics employed by Trump and Mnuchin are now a major nuisance: Chinese officials regularly complain that they don’t know whether any U.S. officials are empowered to cut a deal.

In addition, they worry that any offer Beijing makes to Mr. Mnuchin could be opposed by trade hawks led by U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and trade adviser Peter Navarro and then get turned down by Mr. Trump.

The Bluffer’s Guide to Bombing Syria Reader Board owner 09/16/2018 (Sun) 04:19:00 Id: e27522 [Preview] No. 12730 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
“The Dirty Dozen: 12 lies they tell you to anaesthetise you for the upcoming bombing of Syria.”

"The propaganda mills of the British and American governments – spokespersons, media, think tanks – are working overtime churning out ‘talking points’ to justify the upcoming large scale bombing of Syria on the pretext of use of prohibited weapons. Here is a guide from a former insider to the top dozen of these lies."

"1. There are more babies than jihadis in Idlib. As it happens this gem of moral blackmail is untrue. There are twice as many jihadis (about 100,000) as babies (0-1 year) (55,000). What is this factoid meant to say anyway? Don’t try to free an area of jihadis because you might harm a lot of children? The Western coalition scarcely heeded that consideration in razing Mosul and Raqqa in order to crush ISIS. They are still pulling babies out of the rubble in Raqqa."

"2. The reports [of the imminent chemical weapons ‘attack’] must be true because Assad has done it before. False. Since 2013 when Assad gave up chemical weapons under supervision of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) the OPCW have not visited the sites of alleged attacks in jihadi-controlled areas but have accepted at face value ‘reports’ from pro-jihadi organisations like the White Helmets and the Syrian American Medical Society, along with ‘evidence’ from hostile intelligence agencies. In the case of the one site the OPCW did visit, Douma, their report said they found no evidence of sarin, no untoward traces in any of the blood samples taken from ‘alleged victims’ (their term), no bodies and only ambiguous evidence of use of chlorine."

"3. The OPCW report on Douma was flawed because the Russians and Syrians caused delay. False. As documented in the OPCW report delay was caused by UN bureaucracy and jihadi snipers. The inspectors do not say their findings were to any significant degree invalidated by the delay."

"4. Assad uses chemical weapons because they frighten large numbers of people into fleeing. False. They don’t. This desperate argument is trotted out to counter the fact that Assad would have to be stupid to use chemical weapons knowing what the result would be and that he would derive minimal military benefit. To date not one of the alleged chemical attacks has precipitated an exodus any greater than flight caused by the legendary ‘barrel bombs’. The inhabitants of Douma by their own testimonies given to Western journalists were even unaware there might have been an attack until they heard about it in the media."

"5. The OPCW won’t be able to investigate because it won’t be safe. A feeble excuse to preempt calls for establishing facts before bombing. The Turks escort Western journalists into Idlib. They have hundreds of troops there and the jihadis kowtow to them because they control all logistics. The Turks could escort OPCW. And wouldn’t the jihadis be keener than anybody for the inspectors to visit if their claims were true?"

"6. The upcoming strikes are not aimed at regime change. False. The plan is to decapitate the Syrian state with attacks on the presidency. Failing that the aim is to make Idlib a quagmire for the Russians. Anything to deprive Asad and Putin of victory, regardless of whether it prolongs the war."

"7. It’s all Russian disinformation. Yeah, like the arms inspectors before the Iraq war who said no WMD in Iraq. Reality: the Russians have got great intelligence on what Western powers with their jihadi clients are up to and are calling out the phoney moves."

"10. There are going to be massacres/a bloodbath/genocide. False. We heard all this hysteria before Aleppo, before Eastern Ghouta and before the campaign in the South. All vastly exaggerated. The Syrian Arab Army has not been responsible for a single massacre, while the jihadis have been responsible for many (source: quarterly reports of the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry on Syria)."

"11. People have nowhere to go. False. The Russians have opened safe corridors but the jihadis are not allowing people to leave. They can still leave for the northern border strip which Turkey controls, where there are camps, and many (including jihadi fighters) will be able to cross temporarily into Turkey."

"12. We can’t tell you which armed groups we support because it would make them targets for Assad. Really? You think he doesn’t know? Isn’t it because you are terrified it will come out that we have been supporting some real head-choppers?"

- Peter Ford, former British Ambassador to Syria

Syrian air defense thwarted ‘Israeli missile attack’ near Damascus airport – state agency
"Syrian Army air defenses have intercepted several “Israeli missiles” over Damascus International Airport, state news agency SANA reported, citing a military source. 'Our air defense systems thwarted an Israeli missile aggression,' the source said. A SANA reporter meanwhile reported sounds of explosions in the vicinity of the airport. An Israeli military spokeswoman declined to comment on the reported incident, when approached by Reuters, saying “we don't comment on foreign reports.”

"The agency released a short video showing what it says is an anti-aircraft missile in flight over Damascus. Another video, released by the Syrian news website Muraselon, supposedly shows an anti-aircraft missile being launched and then exploding mid-air. Due to the low quality of the footage it remains unclear if that projectile scored a hit."

"Israel has repeatedly bombed locations in Syria, including military installations around Damascus. Israeli military rarely comments on attacks against the neighbor, yet it had previously acknowledged targeting weapon and munition storage facilities and command centers. Tel Aviv has asserted that its strikes are aimed to counter the alleged Iranian military buildup in Syria, while Damascus has condemned such attacks as aggression against the country."

Also God bless the Russians for sticking with Assad through all these troubled times. I know a lot on /pol/ don't like Mr. Putin because his kike connections but you cannot deny the fact that if it was not for Putin, Assad would be in a world of trouble. I'm hoping they can fully liberate their country, in the meantime, they need to start figuring a way to secure their borders so others can't easily interfere.

When it comes to Russia, I don't trust Putin, but I do trust the Russians. They still have their culture intact despite the Bolshevism that led to mass starvations in their homeland. Karl Marx's Communist platform was carried out by Lenin and Stalin who both tried to wipe them out. It was clearly not a successful movement, as the USSR collapsed, which it would have done earlier without Lend-Lease. The Revolutions of 1989 where Communism fell in Europe, the Cold War. Most of the world eventually woke up to the fact that Communism is a destructive ideology. They tried to enforce it worldwide and failed. The masses, as dumb as they are collectively, will only accept the ideal in theory. As soon as it's in practice and immediately results in suffering, people will gradually revolt against it. Unfortunately, masses are lemmings until the heat is turned up too high.

Commie City Actually Does Something RIGHT For Once! Bans 5G Over Cancer Concerns! Reader 09/16/2018 (Sun) 13:08:20 Id: dcaee4 [Preview] No. 12735 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

As 5G technology rolls out across America, one city in Commiefornia has banned the use of 5G cell towers over concerns they cause cancer.

The city of Mill Valley, CA, voted unanimously to ban in the installation of new cell towers carrying the deadly technology, following a massive outpouring of concern from members of the public. reports:

The city enacted an “urgency ordinance” after it received over a hundred letters from concerned citizens expressing their worries over the new 5G towers.

Through an urgency ordinance, which allows the city council to immediately enact regulations that affect the health and safety of the community, the restrictions and prohibitions will be put into force immediately for all future applications to site 5G telecommunications equipment in the city. Applications for commercial districts are permitted under the passed ordinance.

The ordinance was driven by community concerns over the health effects of 5G wireless antennas. According to the city, it received 145 pieces of correspondence from citizens voicing opposition to the technology, compared to just five letters in support of it — a ratio of 29 to 1. While that may not sound like much, the city’s population is roughly 14,000, indicating that about 1% of the population had voiced an opinion on the matter.

Mill Valley residents cited multiple studies which claim that experts have found evidence that cell phone radiation can cause cancer.

Commiefornia Tops National Poverty Rate As Great Exodus Begins Reader 09/16/2018 (Sun) 13:12:39 Id: 582953 [Preview] No. 12736 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

Despite efforts by state legislators at creating a socialist utopia, California still has the highest poverty rate in the nation at 19%, despite a 1.4% decrease from last year according to the Census Bureau.

Poverty and income figures released Wednesday reveal that over 7 million Californians are struggling to get by in the second most expensive state to live in, according to the Council for Community and Economic Research's 2017 Annual Cost of Living Index.

And while California has a "vigorous economy and a number of safety net programs to aid needy residents," according to the Sacramento Bee, one out of every five residents is suffering economic hardship - which is fueled in large part by sky-high housing costs, according to Caroline Danielson, policy director at the Public Policy Institute of California.

“We do have a housing crisis in many parts of the state and our poverty rate is highest in Los Angeles County,” she said, adding that cost of living and poverty is often highest in the state’s coastal counties. “When you factor that in we struggle.”

Silicon Valley residents in particular are leaving in droves - more so than any other part of the state. Nearby San Mateo County which is home to Facebook came in Second, while Los Angeles County came in third.

“They’re looking for affordability and not finding it in Santa Clara County,” said Danielle Hale, chief economist for

It's not just housing prices driving the exodus, of course. Punitive taxes - more than twice as much as some other states, are eating away at disposable income. Nearby Arizona's income tax rate is 4.54% vs. California's 9.3%, while the new tax bill may accelerate the exodus.

As Michael Snyder of the Economic Collapse Blog pointed out in May...

CNN have a challenger for the title of World’s Fakest News Broadcast with The Weather Channel outdoing themselves in the deception department during Friday’s hurricane coverage.

Weather Channel “reporter” Mike Seidel was broadcasting live from Wilmington, North Carolina, as the storm was moving in. You can see him bravely battling the squall, struggling to stay on his feet, as he proclaims, “This is about as nasty as it’s been.”

But there is just one problem.

Two guys start strolling by in the parking lot in the background of the shot, checking their phones, conversing, and generally acting casual. Meanwhile, in front of them, the Weather Channel reporter is putting in an Academy Award winning performance, pretending that the storm is about knock him off his feet and blow him all the way to South Carolina.

Indoctrination, Brainwashing and Politically Correct Stupidity Continues To Fester In US Colleges Reader 09/15/2018 (Sat) 12:28:50 Id: 7510ac [Preview] No. 12723 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

The University of Maryland at College Park announced Friday a new diversity support group to create a “safe space” for white students to discuss their feelings about “interactions with racial and ethnic minorities.”

The support group, called “White Awake,” will help white students who may “sometimes feel uncomfortable and confused before, during, or after interactions with racial and ethnic minorities.”

“This group offers a safe space for White students to explore their experiences, questions, reactions, and feelings,” the description explains. “Members will support and share feedback with each other as they learn more about themselves and how they can fit into a diverse world.”

The description asks students if they want to “improve [their] ability to relate to and connect with people different from [themselves]” or if they want to become a better “ally.” The new group is now one of four in the university’s “Diversity Issues” program series.

The group is being led by Noah Collins, who works for the UMD Counseling Center, and will be held once a week. Collins specializes in group therapy and is interested “especially in the areas of racial and cultural awareness,” according to his faculty bio.

The safe space has been met with harsh criticism from students on social media.

“I am ashamed over the execution of white awake nor do I fully understand its clause. ‘How they can fit into a diverse world’? Why do they need to attend therapy sessions on how to be a decent human being in society?” a UMD student wrote on Twitter. “Why do they need to have these sessions to learn how to coexist?”

“Just like classes. You can’t take one class and feel like you have all understanding over a certain subject,” the student added. “It takes practice, it takes problems, it takes more than one course, so ‘White Awake’ has good intention but I am skeptical over the fairytale result.”

Pretty cool distro, however.
There are a few things that the maintainers neglect to tell in their repository.
Things like the overlays used in the binaries.
From what I've been able to piece together is that most bins and most of their package.use is built around the Libressl overlay and (maybe?) a few others.

There is also a huge problem right now with the way they setup nvidia drivers.
The driver that is downloaded and supplied is (again from my understanding) built for linux version 4.14.* whilest CloverOS currently runs 4.16.* which is a uge problem because installing these drivers will destroy your install.
additionally, the nvidia drivers supplied are 396.24-r1 which is the unstable versions that lack legacy support for some older(not that old) graphics cards.
The system doesn't store a local version of their Gentoo sources, so if you want to go full Gentoo you'll have to download the sources.
This made getting dkms nvidia drivers a bit annoying.

It would be great if the script was updated to serve a dkms version of nvidia drivers, various versions would help with legacy support.
That being said, i get the feeling the scripts weren't designed much with supporting a wide range of systems.
If you use some memeware thinkpad/toughbook this distro is perfect right out of the gate.
If you want to get some other kind of setup to work it'll require a bit of legwork, but that's not a bad thing.
It's amazing how simplified this makes a your regular Gentoo install.
Because it's Gentoo I've been able to get most of the above to work perfectly.

Bad! Trump Administration Makes Criticism of Israel a 'Hate Crime' in Schools Reader 09/14/2018 (Fri) 18:47:06 Id: d50037 [Preview] No. 12719 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
The Trump administration is changing how the Education Department investigates allegations of discrimination against Jewish students, backing an approach that is favored by pro-Israel groups but that critics worry will stifle free speech on campus.

The policy change was outlined in a letter last month by Kenneth Marcus, who leads the department’s Office for Civil Rights, in which he re-opened a 2011 investigation into Rutgers University in connection with alleged discrimination against Jewish students.

Marcus wrote in the letter that the Education Department, in its investigations into discrimination, would adopt the “working definition” of anti-Semitism that is “widely used by governmental agencies” including the State Department.

That definition includes examples in which demonizing or delegitimizing Israel, or holding it to a double standard not expected of other democratic nations, are deemed anti-Semitic.

That meant the Office for Civil Rights for the first time was adopting a definition of anti-Semitism that some Jewish activists have long sought as a tool to curb discrimination on campuses. But some civil liberties organizations and advocates for Palestinian rights believe that the definition is so broad that it would label criticism of Israel as anti-Semitic.

Marcus’ letter re-opening the Rutgers case, which the Obama administration closed in 2014 citing insufficient evidence of discrimination, says that department will now reevaluate the evidence “in light of the definition of anti-Semitism.”

Investigators will seek to determine, Marcus wrote, “whether a hostile environment on the basis of national origin or race existed at the University for students of actual or perceived Jewish ancestry or ethnic characteristics.”

Several civil liberties and free speech groups — including the American Civil Liberties Union, the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, and PEN America — have opposed the legislation. They argue that the definition of anti-Semitism is too broad and would threaten political speech, such as criticism of Israel policy, on college campuses.

Several pro-Israel groups including the American Jewish Committee, praised the Trump administration’s move. The Zionist Organization of America, which filed the original complaint against Rutgers and appealed, praised the Education Department’s “landmark” decision to adopt the definition.

Like All Despots, Merkel Denies The Destruction and Death Caused By Failed Amnesty Policies Reader 09/14/2018 (Fri) 13:02:59 Id: 82c955 [Preview] No. 12710 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
German Chancellor Angela Merkel was heckled as she condemned thousands of right-wing protesters in eastern Germany, who took to the streats after the deadly stabbing of a 22-year-old German man at the hands of two Afghan nationals in the town of Chemnitz.

The German chancellor was heckled during a lively Bundestag debate by the head of the anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany party (AfD), Alexander Gauland, who accused her of dividing Germany with her immigration policy, endangering peace and spreading fake news by supporting controversial evidence that far-right protesters were hounding foreigners through the streets. -Guardian

Merkel shot back, acknowledging the anger felt over the stabbing - however she said that "there is no excuse or explanation for rabble-rousing, in some cases the use of violence, Nazi slogans, hostility towards people who look different, to the owner of a Jewish restaurant, attacking police."

She also responded to comments made by the head of Germany's BfV domestic intelligence agency, Hans-Georg Maaßen, who criticized her spokesman for characterizing the anti-immigrant protesters as "hunting" immigrants.

Gauland accused Merkel of "spreading fake news when your spokesman spoke of ‘Hetzjagd' (hunting)," adding "The truth is, there was no hunting down of people in Chemnitz."

Merkel shot back: "Abstract rows about ‘Hetzjagd’ are not helpful."

Gauland came under fire for his comments;

In an interruption to Gauland, allowed under the rules of Bundestag discourse, Martin Schulz, the former leader of the Social Democrats, referred to him as “belonging to the dungheap of German history” over what he saw as the AfD’s contribution to the spread of anti-immigrant sentiment. -Guardian

Meanwhile, Maaßen faced questioning Wednesday by Germany's interior affairs committee over public remarks he gave to a newspaper in which he questioned the veracity of a video which allegedly depicts protesters chasing foreigners. A police report from the night in question emerged on Wednesday, claiming that "right-wing extremists" did in fact chase foreigners through the streests.

The reason why in Europe, they have gun control laws is because if they actually did that, Merkel (as well as most of the kikes behind the EU) would be killed. Same with Britain and France, even the supposed "right wing" parties in Europe want to crack down on guns even more. The Third Riche didn't have any gun control laws, neither did Peronist Argentina, or Pinochet's Chile.

Third Reich, but I see what you're saying. There's always a way to kill, anon. Even without guns. If they eliminated the 2nd amendment as well as amassing a force to remove all guns (impossible), there would only be a rise in knife, sword and axe-murderers. I'm still trying to find that article I saw over a decade ago about a lunatic walking down the street with a sword, claiming he was immortal, saying "there can be only one". He was met with tanks and teargas. That's how disconnected modern people are with ancient weapons. They're scared shitless. Wouldn't you be? I'd prefer a bullet in the head to being carved to pieces myself.

"Reich" is a German loanword, the Middle English equivalent was "riche", which is why I'm using it. But yes, you could use a sword or an axe, perhaps even a bow and arrow, guns are just easier and more portable, it'd be a lot more easy to use a pistol and shoot someone than a bow and arrow or an axe.

It is an exact cognate. It's not a loanword from the English. Old English "riche" is from proto-Germanic. The word is loaned from Celtic "rix" which became Scottish "rik", Dutch "rijk". Swedish "rike", all from the Latin "regnum". Also, "easiness" of weapon skill depends on one's training with said weapon, and it's rare that anyone's more trained than with guns. Of course bringing a knife or any melee weapon to a gunfight is suicide even with body armor.

EDIT: This is now the /pol/ containment thread

Hi dear site owners,

We have a problem with /pol/. One of our newly appointed mods is apparently the "nigger spammer" who is using Tor to bump old threads. I am suspecting the BO and the mod to be either one and the same person using different VPN mod accounts or BO has hi-jacked the board to crash it by employing his friends or family members.

Right now i was banned for exposing the new mod to be the spammer himself in the board own meta thread. As you may understand /pol/ is a NS board which is targeted by so many groups of people.
While the new mod is creating dozens of "honey pot" threads old popular threads were slid and /pol/ is dying.
The board is dying and I don't know what we suppose to do.
Some posts and threads are deleted, I myself was banned in the meta thread. The mods are creating a chaos and they they use it to ban random people and lock and delete unwanted threads.

The BO himself has developed the tactic to let the mods do the job for him so he keeps his clean image. Once a mod has messed up the board far enough he simply replaces him (likely with the same guy by deleting the old mod account and creating a new one. Ocolette is owning the board for approximately 5 months now and it has become same bs as 8/pol/ were people are getting banned unfairly and for ridiculous reasons.

I have taken screenshots and archived all evidence. I'm ready to upload it if required.
People are now leaving /pol/ in big numbers and I ask you to help to save the board from Ocolette and his moderation.

Father of German Man Murdered by Migrants Heckled, Called 'Nazi' After Speaking Out Reader 09/13/2018 (Thu) 15:25:41 Id: 3dd1bf [Preview] No. 12698 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
The father of a 30-year-old killed by migrants was heckled by far-left activists at a demonstration in Schweinfurt over the weekend and labelled a “Nazi” for speaking about the case of his son.

Karsten Hempel attended the demonstration “Kandel is Everywhere”, a reference to the murder of 15-year-old Mia from the town of Kandel who was stabbed to death by her migrant ex-boyfriend in December last year, on Saturday to talk about his own experience losing his son, German news website Journalistenwatch reports.

His son, 30-year-old Marcus Hempel, was killed in 2017 in Wittenberg after being beaten by two Syrian asylum seekers. According to Karsten, the public prosecutor’s office claimed that the Syrian had killed his son in self-defence and suspected his son of starting the confrontation with xenophobic rhetoric.

The right-wing NGO Einprozent interviewed Karsten in a half-hour long documentary in which he claimed that the local media tried to paint his son as a Nazi, while a press release from police claimed that Marcus and his friend had been verbally assaulted by the migrants, after which a fight broke out.

Baffled by the fact the prosecutor and the police had contrary reports, Karsten hired a lawyer to go over the CCTV footage and said: “I watched the video alone. I showed it to no one. At first, it was very difficult, but only in the beginning. I think I have watched it a hundred times by now.”

The video of the assault is shown in the Einprozent film and shows Marcus walk past the group of Syrians who seem to say something to him as he walks into a shopping centre. Marcus turns around with his female friend to confront them, is pushed, and slaps one of the Syrians who then repeatedly punches Marcus who fell. He later died of his injuries.

The video contradicted the prosecution’s statement which claimed Marcus had been punched once — not three times — and that Marcus had been the first to engage physically.

Following the murder of Daniel Hillig in Chemnitz, and most recently the killing of 22-year-old Markus B. in Köthen on Saturday, Germans have taken to the streets to protest murders following the arrests of asylum seekers.

In Chemnitz, thousands took to the streets in several protests including a silent funeral march partially organised by the anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD), the official opposition in the German parliament. The protest also saw some participants carry photos of other Germans who had been murdered by asylum seekers including victims of Berlin Christmas market terror attacker Anis Amri.

Google De-platforms Gab App In Next Round of Censorship Reader 09/14/2018 (Fri) 16:14:14 Id: c07855 [Preview] No. 12712 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Alternatives To State-run Social Media:

A popular social media alternative to Twitter has reportedly been “suspended and removed” from the Google Play Store for alleged “hate speech” –at the very same time, it’s important to note, that Google, Facebook, Twitter and many other mainstream social media and tech platforms are openly tolerating racist, anti-American, and even pro-pedophilia content on their own platforms.

Reports indicate that Google officially pulled the plug on for the second time on September 9, the tech behemoth’s excuse being that its “global filter on ‘hate speech’ words” was triggered by some users.

While admittedly has some unsavory users, as all social media platforms do, the platform’s promise is to uphold its commitment to free speech – which is more than can be said for Google, which has been on a censorship melee in recent weeks. CEO Andrew Torba published a list of all the “hate” words that Google filters out of its Play Store, which is apparently quite extensive. At the same time, Google allows all sorts of evil to pervade its various platforms, proving once again that the world’s most evil search engine is discriminately selective in what it chooses to filter.

“Weird that apps which allow pedophiles to roam freely and prey on young children (Twitter, Periscope, Mastodon) are all allowed on the App Stores. But, which takes a hardline stance against illegal pornography and child abuse, is not allowed,” Torba said in a statement.

The reason why Google, Twitter, Periscope, et al. seem to have no concern for protecting innocent children and shielding users from violent and sexual predators is because these leftist corporations actually support such evil. What they don’t support, and wish to stamp out, is free speech that violates their agenda, aka “terms and conditions.”

Keep in mind that Microsoft has similarly threatened with removal from its web servers, citing platform content that it said constituted “hate speech.”

This threat opened up a whole new Pandora’s Box of potential censorship, seeing as how pays Microsoft to host its platform on Microsoft servers. So long as nothing explicitly illegal is taking place at, there’s no viable or legal justification for Microsoft to control the content on

Eating Too Much Processed Sugar Increases Your Risk of Alzheimer’s Reader 09/13/2018 (Thu) 14:09:42 Id: e41a99 [Preview] No. 12697 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Research has found that a high intake of processed sugar can raise the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. The study, published in the journal Scientific Reports, revealed that high sugar levels caused by excessive consumption of processed sugars can damage an essential enzyme called macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), which is associated with inflammation in the initial stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

According to research, people with diabetes are more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease, which develops as a result of the buildup of abnormal proteins that form plaque and clog the parts of the brain. In turn, these clogs continuously damage the brain, leading to serious cognitive problems. However, although previous research discovered that cellular proteins are harmed by glucose and its products through glycation, the relationship between Alzheimer’s disease and sugar is not yet completely understood.

Thus, researchers from the University of Bath and Wolfson Centre for Age-Related Diseases, King’s College London, both in the U.K., looked at the brain samples of people with and without Alzheimer’s disease by using a method that helps identify the process of glycation.

Results revealed that during the initial stages of Alzheimer’s disease, glycation damages the MIF enzyme, which is essential in regulating insulin levels and the immune response. MIF also plays a role in the reaction of glial brain cells to the accumulation of abnormal proteins in the brain in Alzheimer’s disease. thereby, the researchers suspect that the decrease and prevention of MIF activity due to glycation could be the beginning of the progression of the disease. It also seems that glycation of these enzymes increases as Alzheimer’s advances.

Therefore, the researchers concluded that since sugar damage can reduce the functioning of MIF, this could be a primary risk factor in the development of Alzheimer’s disease.

Tips to avoid indulging in processed sugars

Eating too much sugar does not only increase the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, but also other diseases, such as obesity, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and tooth decay. Thus, it really is important to cut your sugar intake. Some experts recommend that the daily added sugar intake should not exceed six teaspoons or 25 grams (g) for women and nine teaspoons or 37 g for men. Here are some tips you can try to cut your sugar intake:

Avoid sugary drinks: Instead of drinking sodas, energy drinks, sports drinks, and fruit drinks, opt for lower-sugar drink options. These include water, sparkling water with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice, herbal or fruit teas, unsweetened tea, and black or flat white coffee. Avoiding sugary drinks can greatly reduce your sugar intake and could help you lose weight.

I'm hypoglycemic, OP. Our risk of coma or death is often looked down on, mocked or ignored by absolute cunts. A hypoglycemic in a heated environment after 2.5 hours is going to be weak, irritable, have blurred vision, and will be testy. After 4 hours there's nothing but pure rage and extreme discomfort. 6 hours, on comes the fainting spells. My sugar intake is important, as instant relief to be able to function without discomfort again doesn't come from every slow glucose-converting product. You're aware of glucose, aren't you? It's what provides the body energy. Blood sugar is essential to proper brain, heart, and digestive function. With my condition often dismissed by those in authority with no fucking concept of how bad this shit gets, I'll stay with it and keep informing those bastards that I don't feel like slipping into a coma. Hey, if that makes me a zombie who can't remember his own name in a nursing home later on while my grandkids aren't going to give two shits anyway as long as gramps is out of sight and out of mind, that's fine with me.

If you are hypoglycemic then obviously this article's tips would not apply to people like you in your condition. It was written for those looking for some health tips (particularly people afraid of diabetes or alzheimes).

Leaked Report Reveals Catholic Priests Sexually Abused Thousands Of Children In Germany Reader 09/14/2018 (Fri) 02:39:20 Id: 68fd60 [Preview] No. 12706 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts] (Beware: Pope Francis Is Not A Christian) (Vatican Has Long History of Pedophilia Coverup) (Vatican Official Accuses Pope Francis Of Covering Up Sexual Abuse) (Vatican Lobbied US Government and Politicans To Block Child-Sex Investigation) (Pennsylvania Grand Jury Finds 50 Guilty of Child Abuse)

Two leading German news outlets have leaked an explosive report on Catholic child sex abuse in Germany.

According to Spiegel Online and Die Zeit, the report reveals that as many as 3,677 children were abused by clergy between 1946 and 2014 and the majority of victims were boys aged 13 or younger, 969 of whom were altar boys.

The report is just the latest in a long series of revelations that have uncovered decades of sexual abuse by Roman Catholic priests around the world.

RT reports: The study, commissioned by the German Bishops Conference, was conducted by three universities and was not due to be revealed until the September 25 conference.

According to the leaked research, every sixth case was a rape and at least 1,670 clergy were involved. Many of the priests caught abusing had recently been transferred to other parishes and a mere one-third of accused members of the clergy were investigated by the Catholic Church.

According to research by experts from the Universities of Giessen, Heidelberg, and Mannheim, the actual number of victims was likely much higher, as researchers were not allowed access to the original church files. Instead, they had to give questionnaires to the dioceses, which then provided information.

Internet Disaster Ahead! EU Parliament Approves Upload Filters, Mass Censorship Reader 09/12/2018 (Wed) 22:27:23 Id: ffe15a [Preview] No. 12684 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Internet Disaster Ahead! EU Parliament Approves Upload Filters, Mass Censorship

Controversial new European Union (EU) laws that could force tech firms to monitor all web uploads, destroy internet meme culture, and disadvantage small news websites have been approved by the European Parliament.

The vote in Strasbourg on Wednesday was 438 in favour of the measures, 226 against, and 39 abstentions.

The European Commission has claimed the laws will update copyright rules, giving publishers and big music labels a fairer deal, but critics say they could lead to mass surveillance and alternative news sources shutting down.

The most contentious sections are the directive’s Article 11 and Article 13, which detractors have dubbed the “link tax” and the “upload filter” respectively.

They were initially rejected by the parliament after a campaign spearheaded by UKIP, and an intervention by British inventor of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, and co-founder of Wikipedia Jimmy Wales, who raised concerns about online freedom.

After the vote, German MEP Axel Voss, from Chancellor Angela Merkel’s party, said: “There has been much heated debate around this directive and I believe that Parliament has listened carefully to the concerns raised.

“Thus, we have addressed concerns raised about innovation by excluding small and micro platforms or aggregators from the scope.”

Ahead of the vote, it was also claimed that meme culture – including satirical videos and edited images – could be negatively affected if all content uploads were monitored and material blocked.

Other said the monitoring of content could be the top of a slippery slope, with the EU moving on from blocking copyrighted material to other forms of content, such as speech, that they may want to censor.

The new directive insists the text includes “provisions to ensure that copyright law is observed online without unfairly hampering the freedom of expression that has come to define the Internet”.

It adds: “Thus, merely sharing hyperlinks to articles, together with ‘individual words’ to describe them, will be free of copyright constraints.”

However, the civil liberties group the Electronic Frontier said the vote was the “worst possible outcome” and MEP Julia Reda was unconvinced by the amendments, calling Wednesday’s vote a “severe blow to the free and open internet”.

“This law leaves sites and apps no choice but to install error-prone upload filters,” she wrote.

Democrats Trying To Postpone Kavanaugh Nomination To SCOTUS... Because He Had Sex In High School Reader 09/14/2018 (Fri) 00:51:12 Id: df189b [Preview] No. 12702 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
California Democratic Rep. Dianne Feinstein has released a frustratingly vague statement about a letter in her possession which allegedly accuses Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of "an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman while they were in high school," reports The Intercept.

"Senate Judiciary Committee have privately requested to view a Brett Kavanaugh-related document in possession of the panel’s top Democrat, Dianne Feinstein, but the senior California senator has so far refused, according to multiple sources familiar with the situation." -The Intercept

The letter reads:

“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities”

This is so vague that everyone who reads it will assume the worst.

Was that the point of releasing it?

— David Martosko (@dmartosko) September 13, 2018

So Feinstein won't show her colleagues on the Senate Judiciary Committee, however she did forward the allegations to the FBI, one week before the Judiciary Committee is set to vote on Kavanaugh's nomination.

According to the New York Times, the incident involved possible sexual misconduct.

ThinkProgress Censored By Facebook After Cheerleading Facebook Censorship Reader 09/13/2018 (Thu) 14:04:50 Id: 457233 [Preview] No. 12694 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Alternatives To State-run Social Media:

In an article last month titled “Facebook announces that fake accounts are now coming not just from Russia”, fauxgressive establishment apologia firm ThinkProgress falsely reported that I have been writing for an outlet that is alleged to be part of an Iranian propaganda campaign. I repeatedly broughtthis false claim to the attention of Casey Michel, the article’s author, telling him that ten seconds of research or any attempt to contact me would have shown him that the articles published by the outlet in question were just reblogs of earlier publications from my platform, but Michel ignored the many notifications he received from myself and my Twitter followers and went on merrily interacting with other posters. As of this writing, the article remains uncorrected.

In the article, Michel documented Facebook’s heroic efforts to shut down alleged Iranian propaganda outlets, ominously warning his readers that “Russia is by no means the only foreign adversary exploiting social media’s inherent openness.” In other articles for ThinkProgress, Michel is repeatedlyseen wagging his finger at Facebook and Twitter for not doing more to censor “Russian propaganda”, and in a July article titled “Facebook says both sides share fake news, defends Infowars’ presence on its platform  -  Mark Zuckerberg has an interesting way of prioritizing ‘high quality news’” another ThinkProgress author criticized Facebook for not censoring Alex Jones. Jones was censored by Facebook the following month.

So I think it’s understandable that those of us who have been warning of the dangers of internet censorship find it a bit funny to see ThinkProgress now complaining that it has been censored by Facebook.

Congratulations to everyone who 1) held up Bill Kristol and the Weekly Standard as a responsible, serious, admirable voice; and 2) urged Facebook to become the arbiters of who could & couldn't be heard on the internet. This is just the start of your work:

ThinkProgress reports that its traffic from Facebook has been slashed by eighty percent due to a “fact check” by the Weekly Standard which, through a series of moronic mental contortions, found ThinkProgress guilty of reporting fake news about Brett Kavanaugh of all things. In a twist of irony which would be delicious if it weren’t so disgusting, the Weekly Standard is one of Facebook’s authorized “fact checkers”, and happens to be the brainchild of none other than bloodthirsty psychopath and rehabilitated #Resistance hero Bill Kristol.

ThinkProgress is part of a very large and diverse branch of progressive punditry whose ultimate job is to help centrist empire loyalists feel like leftist revolutionaries, and since 2016 one of the many appalling consequences of this bizarre environment has been the embracing of Iraq-raping neoconservatives like Kristol and Max Boot by Democratic Party loyalists. In a bid to stay relevant despite having been consistently wrong about literally everything in foreign policy for the last two decades, these murderous ghouls have repackaged themselves as a woke, cuddly alternative to the Trumpian faction of the Republican Party, and have been rewarded for their efforts with regular platforms on MSNBC and the Washington Post.

So with ThinkProgress getting censored by Facebook, you really couldn’t ask for a more clear-cut case of reaping what you sow. Nevertheless, it is wrong for anyone to be deprived of political speech, even if much of their political speech consists of attempts to silence the political speech of others.

And if there is anything more gross than political speech being regulated by Silicon Valley plutocrats and a NATO psyop factory, it’s political speech being regulated by Silicon Valley plutocrats, a NATO psyop factory, and Bill Kristol. ThinkProgress should not have its audience restricted.

It’s pretty simple: Facebook has a conservative media outlet serving as a fact checker of progressive content.

Alex Jones wasn’t the hill to die on. This is.

Hollywood’s White Helmets Caught Filming New Staged Chemical Attacks 9 Times Reader 09/13/2018 (Thu) 09:16:50 Id: 26830f [Preview] No. 12687 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

The Hollywood-backed White Helmets have been caught filming at least 9 propaganda videos to use as “evidence” against the Syrian government, the Russian military claims.

The White Helmets have been staging rehearsals for an alleged chemical attack since September 9th. reports:

A number of Middle Eastern TV channels and a regional affiliate of a US broadcaster “have shot nine videos, in Jisr al-Shughur city in Idlib province, of a staged chemical attack” that will be blamed on the Syrian government, the Russian Reconciliation Center In Syria said in a statement on Wednesday.

All videos show activists from the White Helmets group, which purportedly provides assistance to civilians, the statement claims.

The Russian military details that on September 11, the White Helmets and terrorists from Tahrir al-Sham (commonly known as Al-Qaeda in Syria) held a meeting following the filming process, in which they selected two out of nine videos for future transfer to the United Nations and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). The remaining videos are to be used for propaganda on social media networks due to the poor quality, the military claims.

At the same time, since September 9, the White Helmets have been staging rehearsals of an alleged chemical attack in Khan Shaykhun, Russian officials say in the same statement, claiming that the rehearsals feature up to 30 civilians, including a dozen children aged 8-12.

Further claims by the Russian military indicate the White Helmets, along with the terrorists, are preparing an “actual use of poisonous chorine-based substances” on the people participating in the filming of the fake videos.

Turkish Lira Crashes After Erdogan Attacks Central Bank Hours Before Rate Decision Reader 09/13/2018 (Thu) 12:06:45 Id: 706765 [Preview] No. 12691 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
After a few weeks of relative stability in the Turkish Lira - the currency many say started the current EM turmoil - moments ago the TRY collapsed after Erdogan decided to slam the country's "independent" central bank.

Just hours before a widely expected, and much needed to restore investor confidence, rate hike by the Turkish central bank, President Recep Erdogan decided to attackd the central bank out of the blue for "continuously missing inflation targets" just two hours before the bank announces its interest rates decision.

"I have never seen the central bank meeting its year-end inflation forecast," Erdogan said in speech at Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen meeting in Ankara.

Stating that inflation is the result of wrong steps by central bank, Erdogan warned the central bank saying that Turkey "should cut this high interest rate", even as economists and traders expect another rate hike of as much as 400 bps to be announced shortly. While bashing the bank, Erdogan repeated his bizarre "theory" on the relationship between interest rates and inflation, saying that rate hikes only lead to faster price gains.

Erdogan claimed that "interest rate is the reason, inflation is the result" and said that "if you are saying the opposite, you don’t know this business."

While conventional economics says that higher rates slow demand and lower inflation, Erdogan has long preached the opposite even as the market repeatedly told him he is wrong, sending the lira crashing in recent months and making it one of the worst performing currencies of 2018, plunging over 41% YTD.

Erdogan also said that Turkey "will suspend some tendered projects" that haven’t started yet, and explained that his "sensitivity on interest rates remains the same" even as he clarified that the central bank is independent and will take its own decisions, even as he made it painfully clear that a major rate hike will be frowned upon.

“This is not a crisis, it’s a manipulation" he concluded.

The Turkish central bank is set to announce its benchmark one-week policy rate at 2 pm in Istanbul. The median estimate in a Bloomberg survey forecast the rate would be increased to 21 percent from 17.75%.
